The ways to being healthy include healthy eating, physical activities, weight management and stress management etc.

Proper diet:-A healthy diet or balanced diet is a diet that contains the right amounts of all the food groups. It includes fruit, vegetables, grains, dairy products and protein. It does not include too much or too little. Eating wrong amounts of a food group is called an “unhealthy diet” or an “imbalanced diet”. A healthy diet is one that includes more of leafy substances.

Physical exercise:-It is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It helps in growth, development, preventing aging, strengthening muscles, athletic skills and weight loss. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps prevent “diseases of affluence” such as obesity. It may also help in preventing stress and depression. Improves digestion and treats constipation or gas, regulates fertility health, and augment an individual’s sex appeal or body image, which has been found to be linked with higher levels of self-esteem.

Personal hygiene:-It is a set of practices performed for the preservation of health. According to the World Health Organization(WHO), “Hygiene refers to conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases.”

Absence of bad habits or addiction:-Habits is a way for the brain to save effort by making the behaviour automatic. They are useful but the problem is we cannot tell the difference between good and bad habits, Those which give us short term rewards often become habits even if they cause long term harm. Over eating, procrastinating and smoking becomes an habit easily. Change in lifestyle causes more health diseases like having chances of heart attack at a very early age. Generally youngsters don’t bear stress and other life matters, they prefer being addicted to something which gives them short time pleasure but has serious and long term effects on their body! So, doing yoga is the best solution for handling the daily stress and adopting healthy lifestyle.
