For quick weight loss, you should have this spice-infused drink

Cumin Water– Take one teaspoon cumin seeds in a glass of water. Then boil it well for five minutes. Drink this water in one go or sip it slowly. Soak one teaspoon of cumin seeds in one glass of water and drink this on an empty stomach in the morning.

Celery water– Celery has already been used for medicine. It is added to almost every dish. Not only it is very effective in weight loss, improves digestion, and increases metabolism. Take about 25 grams of celery and soak it in a glass of water overnight. Sieve this water in the morning and drink empty stomach. Cinnamon helps you lose weight by decreasing your appetite, controls blood sugar, and increases your metabolism. Put cinnamon in water and boil it. Drink cinnamon water daily before sleeping at night. After consuming this drink continuously for 20 to 30 days, you will see the results yourself.
