Christoph Waltz joins Liam Hemsworth in action series

Los Angeles, Sep 4 (IANS) Actor Christoph Waltz is all set to star along side Liam Hemsworth in an untitled action-thriller series.
The series is in the works at Quibi.
The series is about Dodge Maynard (Hemsworth) who wants to take care of his pregnant wife before a terminal illness can take his life. He goes on to accept an offer to participate in a game where he discovers that he’s not a hunter, but the prey, reports variety.com.
Waltz will play the character of Miles Sellers. The series explores the limits of how far someone would go to fight for their life and family.
The series is being penned by Nick Santora and will be directed by Phil Abraham. The show is one of the several coming to Quibi, which is slated to launch in April 2020.
