Big Breaking : All 4 Convicts of Nirbhaya will be Hanged Tomorrow, No Legal Option Left

New Delhi : The hanging of the accused in the Nirbhaya case was announced for 6 am on March 3. Patiala House Court has issued this death warrant. According to which the hanging will be done in Tihar Jail. This is the third death warrant which has been issued against the culprits. Earlier, death warrants were also issued for January 21 and February 1, but they escaped with some legal options. However, now the options of all the culprits are over. Nobody has any choice left.

Accused Pawan has adopted the last option to avoid hanging. Shortly after the Supreme Court rejected the curative petition, the convicted Pawan sent a mercy petition to President Ramnath Kovind. After the decision of the Supreme Court, all the legal options of Nirbhaya convicts were abolished. Meanwhile, Pawan sent a petition for mercy to the President. The convict Pawan’s lawyer AP Singh said that the Mercy petition was sent at 12 noon.

After the Supreme Court verdict, the Patiala House Court dismissed the petition filed by Akshay and Pawan. Patiala House Court has issued a death warrant for March 3 for all the four convicts of Nirbhaya.

Will be hanged tomorrow
This is the third time a death warrant has been issued for hanging Nirbhaya convicts. Earlier, the Patiala House Court had issued a death warrant twice, but due to legal options, the death warrant were dismissed both times. According to the third death warrant, the four convicts of Nirbhaya are to be hanged at 6 am on March 3.
