After Sonu Sood, Sonu Sood- the Warrior Robot is on duty to serve people

Bhagalpur: Akash Sagar, a MTech from Bhagalpur Engineering College, has developed a robot named ‘Sonu Sood- the Warrior’ that will help doctors and nurses in the treatment of corona. Social distancing norms will be followed. The robot will send a message to the doctor on the mobile by consisting of the patient’s picture, temperature, oxygen level. Not only this, on the instructions of the doctor, the necessary medicine will be prescribed to the patients.

 

Aakash Sagar said, ‘the robot works on microelectronics and VLSI technology. It will be connected with a computer or mobile. He said that this robot has been named Sonu Sood The Warrior, inspired by actor Sonu Sood. It will soon be patented.

 

Dr. Pushpalatha, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering College said, ‘all messages can be exchanged by connecting the robot to computer and mobile. Akash is working better on this project. Information related to this is available online’.

 

Akash is originally from Patna Gandhi Chowk. He said, ‘ during the lockdown, along with his engineer sister Snehlata started working on this project. It will be shown in college after the lockdown. This will greatly help treatment of patients of any kind of infection. The robot can sterilize itself through UB Rage.

 

The specialty of this robot is, it will give necessary medicines, food and liquid diet to the patients as per the bed. Also keep the information of all patients with it. Principal in-charge Dr. Manikant Mandal said, ‘the engineering college students have done better work in many areas during the lockdown’.
