Advocate Pawan Meshram will be ‘Vanchit Bahujan Agadhi’ candidate?

NPnews24 online, Pune: 14 percent of vote share achieved by Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) in the Lok Sabha election will be a major game changer in the upcoming Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election.

VBA central parliamentary board recently held an interview at different location of Vidarbha. Several candidates have shown their interest to contest on VBA ticket.Advocate Pawan Deorao Meshram, sitting Congress Municipal Council member of Ballarpur has claimed VBA ticket for the upcoming assembly election. Meshram who is very active in politics from past 15 years, know social, economic and political issues closely.

His family was also actively involved in politics. Mother Chabutai Deorao Meshram one of the well-known congress face and ex-president of the Ballarpur Municipal Council was the inspiration for him to continue with the good work. His mother Chabutai was also the Municipal Council member for 15 years.

Currently working as the Legal Advisor to the BILT, Meshram have reached of more than 2000 workers directly or indirectly daily and very keen towards worker, and labour issues. As a sitting member of council he devote most of his time for the society. Meshram was actively involved in student politics, he was the president of tehsil NSUI, and IYC vice-president for the assembly segment.

After appearing in front of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) parliamentary board, he is very much confident that his name will be in the final list. If Meshram will get ticket from VBA, he has to contest against sitting MLA Sudhir Mungantiwar.
