62 Naxalites Surrendered; huge amounts of weapon seized

RAIPUR: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE– After a huge operation by security forces after the attack of October 30 in Chhattisgarh. A total of 62 Naxalites have surrendered in Narayanpur area of Chhattisgarh.

Before surrendering themselves, they surrendered 51 country made weapons in front of Bastar’s IG Vivekanand Sinha and Narayanpur’s SP Jitendra Shukla.

Recently, Naxalites killed a DD cameraman and 2 police officials in Dantewadi, Chhattisgarh whose last video got viral in the attack.

In this attack, DIG P Sundarnanraj said that in Aaranpur, various Naxalites had ambushed our forces during which we lost two of our soldiers and Doordarshan’s reporter died in the hospital during treatment. Two others were also injured in this attack.

Since past months, home minister Rajnath Singh said, country which is facing Naxalism since a very long time will now come to an end within 2-3 years. The day is not far when Central Reserve Police Force will eliminate Naxalism and Maoists from the country.

Further he added that, “Initially, Naxalism was Country’s 126 districts, and now it is limited to 10-12 distrcits.

Notably, India terrorism is world’s 3rd terrorism affected countries, whereas in country, CPI-Maoist is the fourth biggest group which has attacked various parts of countries and are responsible in killing various members of security forces.
