3 dead bodies found from a Meerut based family

MEERUT: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- In a tragic incident, 3 dead bodies were found from the same family in a Meerut based house, U.P.

After receiving the information, police when reached the spot and entered the house, the police found a dead body hanging at the entrance of the room.

When police moved ahead inside the room, the woman and her daughter’s dead bodies were found lying on the ground. The dead body of the woman seemed like she was poisoned and the girl was murdered after strangling her neck with a wire to death. Police are investigating it from murder and suicide both point of views.

The forensic team was called for the investigation. Superintendent of police(SP) of the city including many other officials reached the spot.

The family included three members Imtiaaf, his wife Saira and daughter Anaam used to reside in Zaid colony of Summer Garden area Lisari gate, Meerut.

After the dead bodies of the three were found, a panic situation has been created in the locality.

Imtiaaf along with his wife Saira(32) and daughter Anaam(16) used to stay in the house. Imtiaaf was a tempo driver and lost his only son Firoz(18)  six months ago due to a disease. Imtiaaf since that time was in shock and in depression for a long time.

According to information, a call was made from Imtiaaf’s mobile to his sister Shabana on Monday morning, around 5 o’clock.
While on call, Imtiaaf sounded stressed and said that he was leaving forever after which Shabana got tensed and informed this to her father named Ali Hasan. When he reached with his son-in-law to his house, the door was locked from inside.

After breaking the window, they found the dead bodies after which police was informed immediately.

A suicide note was found from Imtiaaf by police. Although it seems like Imtiaaf killed his daughter and wife and later himself committed suicide but police are probing into the case more to investigate for any other angles to the case.
