110 aged woman won the battle in coronavirus

 

 

Kerala: A 110-year-old woman in Kerala has won the war against the deadly coronavirus.  She was discharged from the hospital after recovering completely. The state Health Minister described it as a matter of pride for the Kerala health sector.

 

State Health Minister KK Shailaja said, ‘Randhanati Vaarith Pathu of Malappuram district is the oldest woman who has recovered from the corona virus infection in the state’.

 

‘She was  admitted to the Government Medical College on August 18, the woman got her treatment done without any stress. A few days ago symptoms of coronavirus were found in a woman named Pathu’, said doctor

 

The Health Minister congratulated the doctors and staff of the Medical College Hospital for providing good healthcare to the elderly woman. Shailaja said that this is a proud moment for the state’s health sector for fighting against the coronavirus.

 

Pathu’s family thanked the doctors and staff of the medical college. Pathu will be under observation at her home for 14 days. Earlier, a 105-year-old woman and a 103-year-old man returned home after recovering from the infection.
