Woman lawyer molested at Shivaji Nagar court
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A shocking incident has come to light wherein a woman lawyer was assaulted and molested after she had got bail for an accused in a drug case. The police have arrested one person. ( Pune Crime News)
The accused has been identified as Wasim Salim Shaikh (37), a resident of Budhwar Peth.
A 34-year-old woman lawyer has lodged a complaint at the Shivaji Nagar police station. The incident took place near the gents bar room in the new building of the Shivaji Nagar court on Monday at 3.30 pm.
The accused, Wasim Shaikh, is an acquaintance of the woman lawyer. She had got bail for him in a drug case. Despite this, Wasim had an argument with the complainant and abused her. He pulled her dupatta and tore it and kicked her and molested her. PSI Salve is probing the case.
