Terrorist attack On Police Party in J&K’s Naugam Just Before Independence Day, 2 Martyred
Srinagar : Before 15 August, terrorists have once again targeted the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir. On Friday, terrorists attacked a police party team in Naugam bypass on the outskirts of Srinagar, in which two policemen were killed. The area is currently under siege and the search operation is on. The militants attacked a police party stationed in security for Aug 15 in Naugam.

The Kashmir Police has confirmed this. In this case, the Kashmir zone has tweeted and informed about this incident. According to the police, the militants started indiscriminate firing on the police team when the policemen were monitoring the security situation in the area. Police said that three soldiers were injured in this attack who were admitted to the hospital for treatment. Two soldiers died. The third is being treated.

Earlier, there was an encounter in an apple orchard on Wednesday at Kamarajipora in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. In this encounter, the security forces killed terrorist Azad Ahmed Lone. However, a young man was also martyred during this period.
150 terrorists killed in 7 months this year –
In Jammu and Kashmir, the security forces have achieved great success this year. So far, over 150 terrorists have been killed by security forces in the valley in 7 months. This is a big success compared to last year. 157 terrorists were killed in 2019. Till July this year, 17 Pakistani terrorists have also been killed.
