Teacher thrashed student because he vomited on Children’s Day

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- A teacher allegedly thrashed 8 year-old student with a stick and his only mistake was that he vomited in the classroom. Yes, that’s true!

The incident took place in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh(UP) on Thursday. An 8-year-old school student was allegedly thrashed by the teacher of the same school and that too on the occasion of children’s day.

According to sources, the children who went joyfully to the school never expected this harsh act. During the school hours, the accused teacher was in the class and the boy felt nauseac since past few minutes and after which he vomited and later teacher thrashed the student with a stick.

Children’s Day, a day which is meant for the children and dedicated to small kids celebrated on remembrance of Jawaharlal Nehru. Such brutal thrashing to students by teachers is not expected.

The victim boy narrated the incident and confessed to having been beaten up at school by his teacher. Reportedly, he sounded to be shattered and upset by the heinous act of school teacher.

The victim’s parents are aware of this and have demanded an action to the police in this regard.

Whereas, Superintendent of Police(SP) Uday Shankar Singh informed that a case has been registered in this regard and the child has been sent for medical examination. The police is till probing into the case.

Recently, in another incident which took place in Pune, a child was thrashed so brutally by the teacher that got him paralyzed out of anger. After which, Pune police had arrested the accused.

Teachers are the ones who guide the students on the journey of their life, they might be strict while teaching them for their good, but why such thrashing!
