Taraji P. Henson, Ed Helms to star in ‘Coffee & Kareem’

Los Angeles, March 8 (IANS) Actors Taraji P. Henson and Ed Helms have bagged roles in Netflix’s upcoming drama “Coffee & Kareem”.
Helms will portray a Detroit police officer and Henson will play his girlfriend in the film, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
“Coffee & Kareem” revolves around Helms’ character who reluctantly teams up with his girlfriend’s 11-year-old son to clear his name and take down the city’s most ruthless criminal.
Michael Dowse will direct the drama from Shane McCarthy’s script that had also featured in the 2014 show “The Blacklist”.
