Sonam Kapoor seeks help from Mumbai Police

The current condition in Mumbai has not only affected the common man but celebrities too. The Mumbai airport is flooded with water causing delay in fights.

Sonam tweeted seeking help from Mumbai police saying “Can anyone tell me if the airport is open?” tagging Mumbai police, Chhartapati Shivaji International Airport and BMC.

To which Mumbai police replied, as per the information received from Airport Manager, flights are landing and departure from airport depending upon weather condition and are mostly delayed. Please check status of your flight before starting for airport. Due to waterlogging, travel time to airport may take longer than usual.

Actress Rakul Preet Singh also replyed to Sonam’s tweet saying, “No flights have taken off since last night, I’m stuck at the airport.”
