#Sexcrime – Now 17 yr boy files FIR against the injured man for sexual abuse

Pune: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – After a 24-year-old youth was attacked with a sharp weapon in a building on the busy Tilak road on Sunday by minor boys for demanding sex, an attempt to murder case was registered against a youth and three minor boys. Now one of the minor boys has registered a case against Dinesh alias Gana Suresh Kamble (24), a vagabond from Mandai area.

Kamble is undergoing treatment at Sassoon general hospital. Police have arrested Mayur Motiram Rathod (18) of Kamraj Nagar, Yerwada, and detained the minor boys, also from Yerwada.

According to police, the incident took place around 2.30 pm near Girija Hotel on Tilak Road.

“Kamble had invited us for buying clothes. He took us to the building and then threatened me with a knife to give him a blow job (oral sex). After that he demanded to have sex which I refused”, the boy stated in his complaint.

A police officer said, “The boys snatched the knife and attacked Kamble. After he shouted for help, passerby by including two policemen in civil clothes rushed to the building and rescued him.”

Based on the complaint from the boy, police have booked Kamble for offenses under sections 377 (unnatural offenses), 506 (2) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Earlier police had registered the case against Rathod and minor boys, based on a complaint from constable Sachin Mali. They were charged for offenses under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code and other sections of the Maharashtra Police Act.
