SC seeks payment details on Dhoni’s Plea against Amrapali group

Dhoni filed an application in the court through his lawyer, after receiving a notice from apex court
appointed forensic auditor seeking clarification on certain aspect of the purchase. The Supreme Court has directed the Amrapali Group to appraise it by Tuesday about transaction with Indian cricketer Dhoni.

Apex court had on December 5 last year directed the forensic auditors to issue individual notices to home buyer who booked the flats on a paltry sum. Dhoni moved to Supreme Court earlier seeking a direction to group to pay him Rs.40 crore due toward his service as brand ambassador.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought details of all transaction from the company and payment made to the cricketer, and the apex court is scheduled to hear the Amrapali matter on April 30.
