Rhea Falsely Portrayed Sushant As Mentally Ill, Bihar Cops’ Affidavit in Supreme Court

New Delhi : In the midst of new revelations in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, the Bihar Police has now filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court on the reasons for transferring the case to the CBI. Many important things have been kept in this. In its affidavit filed in court, Bihar Police has stated the only motive of actress Rhea Chakraborty and her family members to get in touch with Sushant Singh Rajput was – to grab Sushant’s money. Bihar Police has also said that they had prepared a false picture of Sushant’s mental illness. An affidavit filed in the Supreme Court by Senior Superintendent of Police Upendra Sharma (SSP Upendra Sharma) stated that Rhea Chakraborty took Sushant Rajput to his house and started giving him the amount of the drug in overdose.

In the affidavit, Bihar Police says that despite the non-cooperation of the Mumbai Police, it has found many clues in the investigation. In their reply to the Supreme Court, the police have said that since there is a need to investigate at many places in the country. If the CBI investigates the mysterious suicide case of Rajput at many points, then many important things will be revealed.

The affidavit also states that Bihar Police had jurisdiction to register an FIR, but was not allowed to do so. With this, no serious case has been registered by the Mumbai Police. Given the sensitivity of the case, a CBI inquiry was recommended.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer has said that Rhea will not take part in the ED’s interrogation process on Friday. Significantly, Rhea was called to the ED’s branch office in Mumbai. At the same time, the ED rejected Rhea Chakraborty’s appeal. Actually, Rhea had asked the ED for more time.
