Rhea Chakraborty Will Be Shifted To Jail Today, Original Remand Copy Of NCB Only ‘Here’, Check Now!

Mumbai : Rhea Chakraborty has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Rhea Chakraborty will remain in jail till 22 September. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Rhea Chakraborty in the drugs case. After her arrest, Rhea Chakraborty was sent to the NCB lockup on Tuesday night. According to the manual of Maharashtra Jail, the prisoner is not taken to jail at night. Rhea will be shifted to Byculla Jail after 10 am on Wednesday.

As the prisoner is not released during the night, similarly, the prisoner is not shifted to the jail at night. Earlier, the court rejected the bail application of Rhea Chakraborty. In the hearing through video conferencing, the NCB sought 14 days judicial custody, which was accepted by the court.

At the same time, NCB also submitted a remand copy of Rhea to the court. There is no mention in this remand copy that Rhea has accepted that she used to take drugs. Shouvik Chakraborty has revealed that he used to accompany the delivery of drugs and Rhea was aware of every delivery and his payment.

The NCB has written in the remand copy that Rhea has been arrested after the interrogation that took place after confronting all of them face to face. That is, Rhea’s arrest has been in the case of arranging drugs for Sushant and giving money for this. As far as the drug is concerned, NCB has not mentioned this matter in full remand copy.
