Pune: Real Brother Killed Sister’s Fictive Brother Over Sexual Assault of Sister; Hinjewadi Police Detained Accused

Pune: In anger over the fact that a fictive brother raped his sister when she was drunk, the girl’s actual brother bludgeoned the fictive brother of his sister by hitting a brick on his head. This incident took place on Friday (5th) at Bhama Pearl Society in Bhumkar Vasti, Wakad, and a case has been registered in this regard at Hinjewadi police station.

The murdered individual has been identified as Niketkunal Vijayakumar Singh (28), a resident of Bhujbalwasti, Wakad. He was murdered by Lokendra Kishor Singh (28), a resident of Datta Mandir Road, Wakad, and an original native of Rajasthan. A complaint has been registered against Lokendra Singh, and he was subsequently arrested following the complaint filed by Police Sub-Inspector Dnyaneshwar Ankushrao Zhol at Hinjewadi Police Station on Wednesday, April 10.

As per the information, Lokendra Singh’s sister was considering the deceased Niketkunal as his chosen brother. They both work together for the same company. On April 3, both had a party together with their company colleagues. As Lokendra’s sister was heavily drunk, she decided to stay at Niketkunal’s home for a night.

Shockingly, Niketkunal took advantage of her intoxication and sexually assaulted her. When Lokendra Singh learned about it, he furiously decided to kill Niketkunal. Accordingly, he concealed a brick inside his shirt and went to Niketkunal’s house to confront him.

When Lokendra reached Niketkunal’s house, both had a fiery altercation in which Lokendra Singh took the brick out, which he carried, and hit Niketkunal’s head. The blow was so severe that Niketkunal fell to the ground, and blood started coming out of his head.

Subsequently, he was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital, where he was treated and was subsequently discharged. However, on the very same night, Niketkunal was found dead in his house.

In this regard, Hinjewadi police initially filed a suicide case; however, an autopsy report unveiled a stark picture. The autopsy report stated that due to the fear of defamation in society and the fear of possible arrest, Niketkunal attempted suicide that night. A similar sore was also visible on his neck. However, later, it was revealed that he was murdered by Lokendra Singh.

Subsequently, police registered a case against Lokendra Singh, who was subsequently arrested by Hinjewadi Police. Police Sub-Inspector Kande is conducting further investigation into the case.
