Pune Fire News | Massive Fire Breaks Out at Pune’s Yewalewadi Godown

Pune : Pune Fire News | In a shocking incident, a devastating fire engulfed a godown located in Yewalewadi, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune on Friday morning. Immediate action was taken by the fire brigade, as eight fire engines and seven water tankers were swiftly deployed to the scene. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported thus far.

 

The godown, believed to have been storing various cloth items on behalf of a furnishing company, became a blazing inferno, leaving firefighters with a daunting task. Determined efforts are currently underway to extinguish the raging flames, while the exact cause of the fire remains unknown.

 

The distress call notifying the fire brigade control room was received at approximately 8:15 am. Responding promptly to the emergency, multiple teams from the Pune Fire Brigade rapidly reached the site and commenced their firefighting operation. The situation is being closely monitored to prevent further escalation and ensure the safety of nearby areas.
