Administration of Symbiosis College suspends Ashok Dhole

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Crime News |  An FIR has been registered against Professor Ashok Sopan Dhole (43), a resident of Wadgaon Budruk, for making controversial statements against Hindu Gods under section 295 A at the Deccan police station. A complaint has been lodged by the President of Pune Hindutva Organisation, Ravindra Dilip Padval. The college administration has taken a serious view of the incident and has suspended Professor Ashok Dhole. (Pune Crime News)

Ashok Dhole had made objectionable comments while teaching std 12 students in Symbiosis College. Dhole made the comments while talking about Gods of Hindu, Muslim and Christian religions. A video of the professor teaching students had gone viral on social media. Activists of ABVP were angry after they saw the video. Later, the administration of the college suspended the professor.

Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered against Dhole at the Deccan police station. Ashok Dhole made a controversial statement on Hindu Gods during a lecture he was giving in std 12 class on July 25. He addressed the Hindu Gods in a disrespectful manner and insulted the Hindu religion, the complaint states. Sr PI of Deccan police station Vipin Hasabnis is guiding PI Shankar Salunkhe in carrying out a probe.
