Pune : 22-year-old man stabbed in Aundh

Pune: An incident came to light in which a young man was stabbed to death in the Aundh river basin as he was seriously injured. The injured youth is identified as Akash Ramesh Adale, resident of Ambedkar Colony).

A case has been registered against Ranjit Nagwade, Sunny Dive, Sumit Kharat and one of their accomplices at Chatushrungi police station.

According to the police, the plaintiff and the accused live in the same area. There was a minor argument between them. Meanwhile, the 22 year old and his friend were chatting in the river basin after the meal. During this time, the accused came there with a sickle in his hand. The accused stabbed the victim in the head and struck it again. However, the victim tried to defend the attack. He suffered severe head and arm injuries. He has been admitted to a private hospital for treatment. The police rushed to the spot after receiving the information, Police are searching for the accused. Police are yet unaware about the exact motive behind the attack and are conducting further investigations.
