Police arrested him for adding woman in Porn videos’ WhatsApp group

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- The group admin has been arrested by the Police for adding a woman without her permission in WhatsApp group which was sharing pornographic content. The concerned woman had complained to the IT Cell of Mumbai about this group.

The group’s Admin Mushtaq Ali Sheikh (24) was working as a carpenter in West Bengal. He came to Mumbai in search of work. He had created a WhatsApp group named XXX. A couple of days ago, he added a woman in this group.

First, she thought that someone was making fun of her. After that, after seeing the messages on the group, she realized what is going on. She immediately rushed to the police.

As soon as Police got information about this, they took immediate action on it and arrested Mushtaq Ali Sheikh immediately from Saihan.

When Mushtaq was questioned about it, he made clear that he didn’t know the woman . Also, he said that  he added this number to the group by considering it is the number of one of his relative.

Recently, WhatsApp announced its new feature and according to it, the people who receive and send porn videos on WhatsApp might face extreme shame.  When notification comes, the person will be able to view a short clip of the video in the notification pop up itself. The notification will pop-up on the lock screen itself.

If the person is being wished on his Birthday or by a well wisher then the person receiving might feel happy but if it’s an obscene video, the person will feel ashamed if it is by chance viewed by any other individual as the video will start playing in the top left hand corner with the help of ‘push notification’ and such facility was brought by WABetaInfo.
