“We used to talk in Marathi” Akshay Kumar revels how it felt like to work with Rajinikanth

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – Akshay Kumar excited for the biggest film of his life where he is playing villain titled 2.0, co-starring south stalwart, Rajinikanth, has just revealed the most enjoyable and exciting anecdotes from the sets of the film.

Ask him to share some memorable experience of working with arguably the biggest superstar the country has ever seen, and Akki will give you his signature toothy smile that widens from ear to ear.

“As you would know the fact that Rajinikanth is Maharashtrian and I speak Marathi well. So, on the sets of 2.0, we would converse in Marathi. I think that’s the most exciting anecdote and experience I can share with you.”

“Apart from that, I would say Rajinikanth…The Rajinikanth, I mean,  is extremely humble and he is fun to work with. He is punctual, dedicated and disciplined. Working with him was an amazing experience,” he added.

Rajinikanth, reportedly maintained that 2.0 belongs to Akshay Kumar, but Akki sees this gesture as the superstar’s legendary humility. ” We all know how humble he (Rajinikanth) is. It’s his film. He is playing 2.0 in the movie. He is so humble to say that it’s Akshay Kumar’s movie.  He is extremely humble and he is fun to work with at the same time. He is so punctual that he turns up on the sets at exact call time. As for his talent, well give him a line or any famous dialogue from any movie, and he can say the same in 100 different ways to amaze you. ” concludes Kumar.

Akki who will be seen playing the baddie in the movie is excited about how this film will be viewed and accepted by the audience given its stature in terms of the scale as indeed it’s larger than life proposition.
