Petrol, diesel prices slashed, lowered by 15 Paise

NPnew24 Online, New Delhi: State- run oil marketing companies lowered the retail prices of petrol and diesel for the second successive day across the major cities of the country. After today’s revision, Petrol became cheaper by 14-16 a litre while diesel price came down by 7-13 paise per litre.

In Delhi, Petrol prices fell to Rs 75.08 a litre as against Rs 72.23, while diesel price lowered to Rs 65.75 per litre as compared to Rs 65.88.

Cities in Mumbai have to shell out Rs 77.74 for a litre of petrol after a 15 paise decrease over Thursday rate. A litre of diesel costs Rs 68.94, 12 paise lower than yesterday’s rate of Rs 69.06 per litre.
