No more Selfies, Pre-wedding shoots during vacation?

Npnews24 online, Pune: Rainy season usually provides lush photo-ops during gateways in to the lap of nature. But here it is bad news for the trekkers and tourist visiting the famous Dudhiware Khind near Lonavala.

This time, the district administration has issued a ban on selfies as well on conducting pre-wedding shoots. The ‘Khind’ near Dudhiware village is an ancient mountain pass that links Lonavala, Pavana Maval and Paud in Mulshi.

Large youngsters visit at this spot due to the Dudhiware waterfalls, Pavana Dam and Lohagad Fort.

And this decision will really hurt to the visitor; also local residents take a different on the situation saying forest comes under PWD jurisdiction and authority is always reluctant to initiate permanent solution. A ban on selfies is just a temporary way to shy away from their responsibility.
