Netizens came in support of Gujarat lady cop

Surat: A woman constable’s transfer for stopping a Gujarat MLA’s son and his two friends- who were driving in Surat during curfew hours on Wednesday has triggered a massive controversy.

Netizens came out in support of Sunita Yadav who was later transferred to the police headquarters.

According to report, it has also come out that she has resigned from her post. Ms. Yadav has stopped Mr. Kanani’s friends for violating the lockdown rules.

They later called the MLA’s son, who arrived in his father’s car at the spot. An alleged audio has gone viral on social media in which he allegedly threatens that he will “make you stand at the same place for 365 days”

In her support netizens wrote, “Good work police girl, we are with you”
