Mohammad Azharuddin to contest for HCA president

NPnews24 online : Mohammad Azharuddin who was former Indian skipper would contest for the post of president of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) when elections are held.

“Yes, I will be contesting for HCA president post,” he told to PTI.

Elections are due in HCA and would be held on July 21, and are expected to deliberate the issue.

Mohammad Azharuddin is an Indian politician and former cricketer, he was renowned as an elegant middle-order batsman and captain of the Indian cricket team in 47 tests and 174 one day matches during the 1990s.
