Man booked for molesting waitress at Spice Kitchen JW Marriott

In a shocking incident a 40-year-old man allegedly molested waitress at Spice Kitchen, a restaurant in JW Marriott hotel on Senapati Bapat road.

The incident took place on Friday around 4.30 pm. The accused has been identified as Satish Kumar Pundi Reddy, a resident of Sindh colony, Aundh.

According to police, the 23-year-old waitress was serving drinks at the accused’s table in the Spice Kitchen corridor. Reddy allegedly winked at her and touched her hips.

Based on a complaint from the waitress, Chatushrungi police station under Pune city police has booked the accused for an offence under section 354 (outraging modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).The accused is yet to be arrested.
