Maharashtra Records 522 New Corona Cases, 27 Deaths in 24 Hours; Total Number of Cases 8590

Mumbai : In Maharashtra, 522 new cases of Coronavirus have been reported in 24 hours, after which the number of infected in the state has reached 8590. At the same time 27 people died in a day in the state. The number of people who lost their lives to the corona virus in the state has reached 369. Only in Mumbai 5,407 cases have been reported while 219 people have died. Of the 27 people who lost their lives in 24 hours, 15 are from Mumbai. So far, 1.21 lakh tests have been conducted in Maharashtra while 1.45 lakh people are home quarantined.

On the other hand, Coronavirus infection in the country is moving towards epidemic. The number of corona infections in the country has increased to 29,458. While 7,137 people have recovered after treatment. The death toll has now risen to 939.
