Kedarnath reviews: Sara Ali Khan does a great job, Sushant’s character heart-melting!

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- There were many speculations about the movie, as people made various comments criticizing the movie’s plot, the movie has faced various legal issues causing a hindrance in its release but finally it did release on Friday!

Although, Uttarakhand government has banned the release of movie in their state  which is already a loss to the filmmakers of Kedarnath.

Before the release of the movie, fans expected a masterpiece from ‘Kai Po Che’ and ‘Rock On’ director, Abhishek Kapoor after which they were a little disappointed by the script as the story had that impact missing and was seen stuck in between showing love and the Uttarakhand 2013 flood tragedy.

But, the lead characters Sara and Sushant have given a great performance. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s kid Sara Ali Khan with her tremendous acting won the hearts of people, at the same time, Sushant Singh’s character was a pleasing to watch as it touched hearts of people.

People have been tweeting and commenting about Kedarnath’s plot, script, acting, etc. The movie despite so much controversy did not really woo the fans and audience but gave an average performance in the movie theatres as the first day first show watchers where not very happy with the movie, though some liked it, while expectations of some were not met.

What is the story?

Kedarnath is like any other Bollywood story which is usually shown in Bollywood but between a Muslim and Hindu. The love story has been connected with the 2013 Uttarakhand tragedy in which many people lost their lives.

The story revolves around the daughter of a hindu priest, Mandakini nick named Mukku which is played by Sara Ali Khan who is extremely stubborn, jolly and bubbly girl. She falls in love with a Muslim boy, Mansoor who is a local pithoo(human porter) which is played by Sushant Singh Rajput.

The movie shows how the love birds belonging from two different religion struggles with their families and relatives who are against of this relationship and try to break their relationship, no one aware of the storm and flood which is about to arrive in the holy place and will change their lives completely.
