Internal transfers of five Assistant Commissioners of Police under Pune Police commissionerate

Pune: Five Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) have been transferred under the Pune Police Commissionerate. Commissioner of Police (CP) Amitesh Kumar issued an order in this connection on Thursday (June 6).

These ACPs have been shifted to Yerwada Division, Faraskhana Division, Sinhagad Road Division and Kothrud Division.

Following are the names of the ACPs and their earlier and current postings:

1. Vitthal Digambar Dabde, from ACP, Special Branch – 1 to ACP, Yerwada Division
2. Machchindra Ramachandra Khade, from ACP, Traffic Division to ACP, Faraskhana Division
3. Jagdish Dattatreya Satav, from ACP, Traffic Division to ACP, Sinhagad Road Division
4. Ranganath Bapu Unde, from ACP, Establishment to ACP, Kothrud Division
5. Venkatesh Srikrishna Deshpande, from ACP, Traffic Division to ACP, Abhiyan, Pune City

Moreover, Ajay Subhash Chandkhede, ACP, Administration, will have the additional charge of ACP, Establishment till further orders.

The order mentions that PI (Special Branch) DS Hake will have the additional charge of ACP, Special Branch – 1 while Santosh Patil, PI, Special Branch, will have the additional charge of ACP, Special Branch – 2.
