Hat trick of win in Asia cup by Indian U19 cricket team

Indian cricket team is on the roll and has won the Asia cup 2018. Not just the main Indian team is performing good but the under19 cricket team which is also doing good has now won three consecutive matches in Asia cup as well.

On the night of the match, Yashasvi Jaswal scored amazing 92 runs with Aayush Bdoni scoring 65 runs. Twin bowling attack of Sidhhart Desai and Harsh Tyagi took 4 and 3 wickets respectively. With the collective performance of the team India, it defeated Afghanistan by 51 runs.

India started the game as favorites but could only manage to score 221 in 46 overs, in return Afghanistan failed to put India under pressure and could only score 170 in 46 overs and got bowled out.

Afghanistan after the 1^st innings put India under pressure. Afghanistan started off well but the middle order and lower middle order could not perform up to the mark. Opening batsmen Riya Husain scored the highest runs which were 47.

India in the 1^st innings looked like they could not keep the Nerves on the big day of final. The scoreboard looked like 3 down for 14 runs, but Yashasvi Jaswal performed well and took India out of a difficult situation. He scored 92 with the help of 13 boundaries and 1 massive six.

India’s next match will be against the host Bangladesh. Which will be played on October 4^th on Tuesday. The match will be played in Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka.
