It’s an incredible lesson in tenacity, belief & refusal to accept defeat. The challenge now is to remember why he entered politics in the 1st place. Congratulations!!”

His party has won 121 seats. After four years of winning the 1992 Cricket World Cup, Imran Khan took an entry into politics. Then in 1997, he fought for the first time General Election. In the 21-year-old election, his party had contested seven seats, but it was seized from every seat. PTI became second largest party in 2013. In that election of 2013, Imran Khan contested from four seats. They won three out of them but they had to face defeat in Lahore. Meanwhile, Pakistani people began to like Imran very much. There used to be crowd in his meeting in Punjab. When he was injured in an election meeting, he addressed people from the hospital bed. Because of the injury, Imran Khan got many sympathies at that time, but not as much as he expected.

Imran’s party has a good relationship with Samir-ul-Haq who has Taliban ideology. He is always in favor of communicating with the terrorists. Pakistan has always condemned Imran Khan for that. Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, a terrorist organization linked to Al Qaeda, also supported Imran Khan before the election. Imran’s party candidates were also photographed with terrorists from this organization.
