Diet intake for Dengue Patients : These 5 healthy food items must be consumed for quick recovery

There are differnet symptoms when one is suffering from such illness as muscle and joint pain, headache, pain behind the eyes, vomiting and nausea. If one is suffering from it, must intake following food items in there diet.

• Coconut water

• Orange

• Papaya

Papaya has many medicinal properties. It is also used in many home remedies. The study suggests that papaya seeds are a medicine for the Aedes mosquito. Some further research suggests that papaya helps to increase blood platelet rapidly in dengue patients. All you have to do is make a juice of papaya leaf and drink it twice a day.

• Spinach

Spinach is a rich source of iron and omega-3 fatty acids, which substantially improves the immune system. Apart from this, its intake also helps in increasing the platelet count. Therefore, a dengue patient should consume it regularly.

• Broccoli

Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin K, which helps improve blood platelets. It is also rich in antioxidants and minerals. If the platelet count is declining rapidly, the dengue patient should include broccoli in their daily diet.
