COVID19 Gujarat : Tea & Pan shops may be closed, borders can be sealed

Ahmedabad : Within hours of the Supreme Court’s reprimand, the state government took serious note of the fact that Corona’s condition was deteriorating in Gujarat. The possibility of ‘closing’ and re-sealing the state’s borders as before is being expressed. A round of meetings has started in the government to take these tough decisions and an order is likely to come at any time. Spitting around a pan shop can also result in severe penalties.

It is learned that after discussions with the Supreme Court and later with the Prime Minister before the escalation of Corona cases in Gujarat, the government was instructed to take action and take decisions with strict and specific guidelines. In view of this, overcrowded businesses in four major cities of Gujarat may be closed in the coming days.

In particular, tea and pan shops may be closed, as well as the borders of Gujarat may be sealed and in special cases it may be decided not to allow entry without a corona test. Business and employment may be shut down in four major cities of Gujarat.
