Coronavirus : Number of Cases Increasing in Maharashtra, Total 302 in the State with 72 New Positive Cases

Pune : Coronavirus cases are increasing rapidly in Maharashtra. On Tuesday, 72 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in the state. After this, the number of people infected with Corona virus in the state increased to 302. Of these, 59 cases have been reported from Mumbai, 3 from Ahmednagar, 2 each from Pune, Thane, Kalyan-Dombivali, Navi Mumbai and Virar. The state health department gave this information. Maharashtra is one of the most affected states by the coronavirus. So far 10 deaths have been reported from the coronavirus in Maharashtra. On Monday, an 80-year-old man died in Mumbai from coronavirus. Earlier on Monday, a 52-year-old man died in a hospital in Pune, Maharashtra. The person was also a patient of diabetes.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has taken a big decision. The Maharashtra government has said that the body of the person who died of the Coranavirus will be burnt, irrespective of any religion. Body will not be allowed to bury. Apart from this, only five people will attend the funeral. The government says that burying the dead body is likely to spread the infection to others. For this reason, burning the dead body is the best way to prevent infection.
