Amravati News : Lockdown rules violated at weekly market, No mask-No social distancing

Amravati : Lockdown has been imposed in the state on the backdrop of corona. However, now that the Corona outbreak has been brought under control, transactions at all levels have resumed and the weekly market has been unlocked. However, on Friday, the risk of corona has increased again as citizens, including vendors, are violating corona rules at the Itwara market. However, this is being ignored by the municipal administration.

The district was locked down to bring the corona under control. Weekly markets in rural areas, including urban areas, were also closed. However, now that the corona infection rate has slowed down and is under control, the district has been unlocked again. As a result, the weekly market has now opened. However, as soon as it was unlocked, a large crowd of citizens flocked to the vegetable market to buy goods. The main thing is that citizens are breaking the rules. Vendors also appear to be not using masks. People are not even following social distancing.

“The new order did not allow weekly markets to ease curfew restrictions. However, if the market is full for weeks, it is the responsibility of the Municipal Corporation to stop it. It should not get crowded, caution must be taken,” Nitin Vyavahare, Resident Deputy Collector.
