6 Judges of Supreme Court Suffering of Swine Flu, Hearing Going on Wearing Mask in Court

New Delhi: Justice Chandrachud of Supreme Court says that 6 judges are suffering from H1N1 virus (Swine Flu). He has asked the Chief Justice to issue directions for vaccination of persons working in the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice has called a meeting with the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President to discuss the issue.

Meanwhile, on the bench of Justice Ramna’s 3 judges in Court No. 2, Justice Sanjeev Khanna is sitting in the courtroom wearing a mask and hearing the case. A half-hour meeting was held with the Chief Justice and the President of SCBA regarding N1H1.

The Chief Justice expressed concern about this. 10 lakh rupees is offered from SCBA fund. The Chief Justice said that arrangements will be made for vaccination in 1 or 2 days. Notification will be issued for vaccination. The vaccine will cost Rs 1200 per person.
