35-year-old school teacher dies by suicide in Ambajogai

Beed: A 35-year-old Zilla Parishad school teacher died by suicide in Beed’s Ambajogai, the police said on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Manoj Prabhakar Potbhare (35).

According to the police, Potbhare left a suicide note in his house before taking the extreme step. The Ambajogai City police have registered a case of accidental death in this regard. Police said domestic quarrel could be the reason behind taking the extreme step.

Potbhare was working in Pimpalwada Zilla Parishad Primary School in Dharur taluka. According to his peers, he was very student-friendly teacher and favourite among students. He was fluent in English and good at many other subjects. He was instrumental in instilling interest in English subject in students from rural areas.

He was known as a very calm, restrained, and ideal teacher in Dharur taluka. He is survived by his mother, father, two brothers, sister, wife, and two children.
