18 year old Prithvi Shaw scores century on debut

Indian under 19 cricket team captain, who was playing his 1st test match against West Indies at Rajkot has scored an absolutely magnificent hundred on the debut match. He has taken only 99 balls to get to his hundred. This is the 3rd fastest hundred on debut.

Prithvi came on to bat as an opener in his first test match against West Indies. He was under pressure but still played the 1st ball of the match. His co opener Rahul on the other send was sent to the dugout on a duck. But Prithvi Continued to play positively with more than run a ball strike rate. He was well sported by the experience of Cheteshwar Pujara who has also gone past his 50.
