ZERO in trouble; Case filed against SRK for allegedly hurting Sikh sentiments 

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE– The trailer which stole millions of hearts recently. SRK’s Zero movie’s trailer directed by Anand L Rai which has got 80 million+ views on YouTube in just two days and the views and likes are unstoppable, is now in trouble.

The Sikh Community is angry over the movie’s trailer as Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) general secretary, Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Monday filed a complaint against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan for allegedly hurting the sentiments of Sikh community.

In his complaint Manjinder has alleged SRK and the director for showing SRK wearing a ‘Gatra Kirpan’(Article of Sikh Faith) in the trailer which has caused the anger of Sikh community across the world.

The complainant has tweeted which read, “I have written a letter to actor of @Zero21Dec @iamsrk and @anandlrai to withdraw the objectionable scene and poster showing Kirpaan as ordinary dagger. Filed a complaint as well as this promotion hurts Sikh sentiments”.

Adding to that he said, “Sikhs cannot tolerate such mischievous acts, either in films or in real life

He has demanded the director to remove all the ‘objectionable’ scenes from the movie which might hurt the Sikh sentiments.

ZERO movie, whose trailer is being loved by people, features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the movie. It is about the lives of three where Shah Rukh plays the role of a person with low stature dreaming to achieve big, Anushka playing disabled space scientist and Katrina plays a celebrity.

Now, it will be interesting to watch further whether the scenes are being removed from the movie or not and what action is taken by the director further!
