Youth attacked with chopper as he left Whats App group

On one hand, the use of social media is increasing day by day, on the other hand, criminal incidents are prevailing in the society with time.

A similar incident took place recently in Pune which is quite shocking. A young man was attacked with a sword and chopper. The reason for the attack is even more shocking. The victim was attacked because the only thing he did was ‘he left the Whats App group’.

The incident took place in a village of Nimgaon Ketuki, Indapur Taluka of Pune district. In this case, the young man is seriously injured.

Police officials said that “Gang came in cars and bikes in Piman Bazar campus of Nimgaon Ketki and attacked the youth. In that attack, the youth is seriously injured.”

Use of social media is to connect one with the other. But it seems like people are getting more emotionally involved and attached to the virtual world.
