Woman pressurize 15 yr old boy for sex, Pune police files FIR

A woman and her husband have been booked by Pune city police after the woman was allegedly forcing a minor boy for sex after his father refused to meet her. She had been also sending obscene photos and messages to the 15-year-old boy.

Based on complaint from his father on Thursday, Sangvi police station has registered FIR against the woman and her husband for offences under sections 292 (circulating obscene material) and 507 (criminal intimidation with anonymous communication) of the Indian Penal Code and the relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Her husband has been booked for abetting the crime.

According to police, the woman and the boy’s father are ‘friends’. However, recently he stopped taking her phone calls and also refused to meet her. After this the woman started his son by sending obscene photos, messages on WhatsApp. Initially the boy didn’t inform his parents, however, she started pressuring him for sex, the boy informed his father who lodged the police complaint.
