White horse, painted black and sold for 17.5 Lakh

FARIDKOT: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- There are various types of fraud cases coming up now a days, be it on social media or via any other mediums but this fraud incident from Punjab will shock you and make you wonder the smartness of a thief.

In an amusing incident which took place in the Faridkot area of Punjab, one white horse was painted in black and after claiming it to be one of the most expensive horses, the horse was sold at 17.5 lakh to a person named Karanbir Indra Singh. The victim reported this incident in the Faridkot city police station.

Karanbir while narrating his fraud story said in this regard that, the accused showed him a black horse and told the horse is worth 24 lakh. Later, after negotiating the price of horse was fixed at 17.50 lakh and after which he bought the horse.

But, to his utter surprise, after few days, the black dye coated on the horse started fading away and the actual white colour of the horse started becoming visible and completely turned white.

After which he tried to communicate with the horse seller but got no response. When Karanbir started investigating on this matter and researching, he came to know that the alleged fraud has cheated on many people in such ways and then complained to the police.

The police is still probing into the case further. As the accused in this case are absconded. There is no clue as to where the accused have fled away.

Police officer Kulvinder Singh said that the search for the accused is still being going on. This is going to be a challenging task for the police to catch the accused fraud
