Watchman family decamps with ornaments, reolver totally worth Rs 44.5 lakhs
PUNE: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- The trusted watchman along with his wife and two others allegedly decamped with gold, silver ornaments and a foreign made revolver totally worth Rs 44.5 lakhs from the house his employer. The incident took place at Swastik Residency in Warje between January 3 and 5 when the house owner and his family had gone out of Pune.
Prathmesh Rohit Labde has lodged an FIR in this regard with Warje Malwadi police station, Pune city police. Police have booked the watchman Raju alias Dhanraj Acharya (35), his wife Shanta and their two other friends.
According to police, the accused had stolen the ornaments and revolver kept in the almirah.
