US Citizens Advised Not to Go to Pakistan, Government Said – ‘Cannot Provide Emergency Services’

New Delhi : npnews24 : The US has asked its citizens to refrain from visiting Pakistan. The United States has issued a fourth level advisory, urging citizens to consider moving to Pakistan. It has been said that citizens visiting Pakistan should reconsider their visit once, because the government cannot provide emergency services in the event of facing a dangerous situation, because of the spread of terrorism there.
The US on Friday issued the highest level travel warning for the LoC as well as Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The Foreign Ministry has said in its advisory that there are major threats in many places in Pakistan. Do not visit these places because of incidents of terrorism and extinction in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.  Especially on the India-Pakistan border from where many terrorist organizations operate.
The Ministry of External Affairs gave an example of killings in terrorist incidents and said that such attacks are continuous in Pakistan. In these areas, Indian and Pakistani military forces periodically fire incidents across the LoC. Active terrorist and insurgent groups regularly carry out attacks against civilians, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), government offices and security forces.
History is witness that terrorist groups do not spare government officials as well as ordinary citizens during the attack. In the past, polio eradication teams were targeted. Murder and kidnapping attempts are common there.
Level four of the US Travel Advisory is meant to forbid citizens to travel to the provinces of Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) with the LoC. The rest of Pakistan remains at level three of the travel alert.
