TWO DAYS’ NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DIRECT TAXES INAUGURATED

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune News | Two days National Conference on Direct Taxes inaugurated today at the hands of CA Chandrashekhar Chitale, Central Council Member, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It has been organized by the Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI & Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI. More than 500 CA’s across the country took part in the conference. (Pune News)

CA Yashwant Kasar, Vice-Chairman of WIRC of ICAI, CA Ruta Chitale, RCM, CA Kashinath Pathare, Chairman of Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI, CA Rajesh Agrawal, Vice Chairman, CA Pritesh Munot, Secretary, CA Pranav Apte, Treasurer, CA Sachin Miniyar & CA Amruta Kulkarni, Member of Committee were present at the inauguration.

CA Chitale mentioned that, One Nation One Tax should be implemented in the direct tax also for the benefit of taxpayers. Various sessions were organized by the institute to make taxpayers and chartered accountants aware of the new taxation system. As Indian Chartered Accountants have great opportunities abroad as well. Therefore, an association has been made with the United Kingdom and Canada to conduct audits. Continuous suggestions and follow-up are made by the Institute to simplify the tax system.

CA Abhishek Zaware spoke on ‘Taxation of Futures & Options’, CA Jagdish Panjabi spoke on ‘Issues in Taxation of Real Estate Transactions’, CA Narendra Joshi & CA Approva Chandakkar spoke on ‘Important Judgements of Hon’ble ITAT’, Adv. Kapil Goyal spoke on ‘Writ remedies & recent judgements’, CA Paras Savla spoke on ‘Taxation of Partnership Firms’ and CA Vinita Krishnan spoke on ‘Taxation of Partnership Firms to Companies & Company to LLP’ in this two days conference.

CA Yahswant Kasar, CA Ruta Chitale also expressed their views on direct taxes. CA Kashinath Pathare earlier gave opening remarks and briefed about the conference. CA Sameer Ladda compered the program. CA Pritesh Munot gave vote of thanks.
