Traffic police abused by man for putting a jammer on his car in no parking

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – In a shocking incident in Hijewaidi’s Shivaji Chwok a policeman was verbally abused and pushed by two people on Tuesday morning. The traffic police were on duty and were putting a jammer on the bikes which were parked on the no parking zone.

Hinjewadi traffic police branch’s Amol Janadhrn Bansode (32) has registered a complaint in Hinjewadi police station against Ganpat Pandurag Malpote (45) and Kiran Chaban Malpote (30). The Malpote brothers hail from Mulshi.

The police was doing his duty in Hijewadi area. He saw some vehicles parked in no parking zone and thus started putting jammer on them. Near PMPML bus stop under the sign board of No Parking, a pickup was parked. Bansode put a jammer on it.

Malpote brother’s came there and on high tone and disrespectful manner asked him to remove the jammer. Bansode told them they he will remove the jammer as soon as they pay the fine. They both started pushing and busing the police. They also tried to held the collar of the traffic police. They also threaten him of that they will make sure that he will lose his job.

Police who are there to help citizens and keep the peace and harmony in the scorirty are facing these kind of issues in recent past.

In a similar kind of incident, Police took into custody a drunken man who was doing vulgar gestures on road and was abusing verbally to anyone on the road. When the police took him to the station he held the collar of the police officer.
