Sania Mirza hit out at trolls over #PulwamaTerrorAttack

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE:     Ever since her marriage to Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik, Sania Mirza has been subject to massive trolling every time India-Pakistan relations take a hit.

Celebrities have been targets of choice for the hate-filled machinery, trolling, and Sania Mirza a ‘favorite’ of the troll army and she has finally had enough. The tennis star hit out at the trolls in the wake of the Pulwama Terror Attack, presumably miffed by the amount of venom being thrown in her direction of social media.

Mirza, who has been in trolls’ line of fire so much that she famously went off the social media the last time India and Pakistan met on the cricket field, at the Asia Cup in September 2018, stressed that she does not need to air her patriotism on social media while terming the 14 February attack a “black day for India”.

She specified that she plays for the country, sweat for it and that’s how she served the country and she stands with the CRPF jawans and their families.

in the end, Sania requested “Do your bit and we are doing out bit without announcing on social media! Yes that’s a thing too. Prayers and peace.”

India has already begun efforts to isolate Pakistan on the international level. India will urge the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) an international monetary watchdog, to blacklist Pakistan. The FATF has already included Pakistan in its ‘grey list’. Blacklisting may spell fresh trouble for Pakistan’s dwindling economy.

As many as 40 CRPF personnel were killed when their convoy was targeted on Srinagar-Jammu national highway on Thursday. The convoy comprised 78 buses in which around 2,500 personnel were travelling from Jammu to Srinagar.
